Ayın sonunda ise pekmez yapımını şenliğe çevirdik. Üzüm ezmek tam çocuklara göre bir şeymiş :) Yer yer makineden de yararlandık ama pekmezin suyunu ellerimizle çıkarmayı ihmal etmedik.
And we turned the grape molasses activity into a fest :) We realized that making molasses is full meant for children. Sometimes, we received from machine but didin't leave out squeezing the grapes by our own hands.

We didn't use any additional sugar and didn't need molasses soil in our production. Only boiled it. It was so delicious so decided to share it with our families in an exhibition. It was a chipper gift.
Thanks very much to Hüseyin who tried so much to find organic grappes in the far villages of Manisa and brought them us.
